CAREERS AT REVFORGE OS

Build for the people who build everything else.

The work behind a contractor’s business deserves better intelligence. Help us turn everyday signals into earlier decisions, stronger execution, and a company that keeps what it learns.

MARKETING · SALES · OPERATIONS · FINANCE

Different disciplines. The same focus: a better working day for the contractor.

WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

A missed decision does not stay on a dashboard.

It shows up in a crew waiting for work, an estimate that never becomes a job, a promise the team cannot keep, or cash the owner expected to have.

RevForge OS is a Predictive Intelligence Platform for Contractors. We are building for the decisions that connect marketing, sales, operations, and finance, and for the people who have to act on them.

That calls for more than software engineering. It takes people who can understand a contractor’s business, explain the product honestly, deliver useful customer outcomes, and make the company’s own work dependable.

HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK

High ownership. Clear standards. Useful outcomes.

The principles behind the work we want to do together.

01

Stay close to the operator.

Start with the contractor’s real day: the customer waiting, the crew schedule, the estimate, the job margin, and the cash decision.

02

Own a meaningful result.

Connect your work to a defined outcome. Make the next step, the decision owner, and the evidence clear.

03

Be precise about what is true.

Show the actual product. Document the tradeoff. Surface the risk. A useful fact is worth more than a polished promise.

04

Leave the work stronger.

Ship the improvement and the context behind it, so the next person can support it, measure it, and build on it.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

A clear conversation, from fit to scope.

You should understand the work and the expectations before committing to it.

  1. 01

    Show us your work.

Choose the opportunity that fits. Share your experience, outcomes, and the details that help us understand your strengths. A resume or portfolio is welcome, not required.

  2. 02

    Talk through the fit.

When there is a match, we will contact you to discuss relevant work, the business problem, and the kind of contribution the engagement needs.

  3. 03

    Define the engagement.

Discuss scope, deliverables, location and coordination needs, compensation, access, and how success will be evaluated. Any work sample or practical review is agreed in advance.

  4. 04

    Agree before starting.

Finalize the written terms and the plan for getting started. Submission alone does not create an engagement or a promise of work.

What kind of opportunities are listed?

These are consulting opportunities across the areas shown below. Each engagement is scoped separately, with its own deliverables, terms, and acceptance criteria. The role descriptions are not employee offer letters.

Do I need a resume to apply?

No. You can describe relevant experience and outcomes in the application. You may also upload a PDF, DOC, or DOCX resume up to 4 MB, add a resume link, or share a portfolio or LinkedIn profile.

Where can I work?

Include your location in the application. Work location, customer coordination, eligibility, and system-access requirements are confirmed for each engagement before terms are agreed.

How is compensation handled?

Compensation depends on the engagement. Project fees, approved hours, or sales commission terms are documented in writing before work starts. See each role description for its compensation approach.

What happens after I apply?

Our team reviews the experience and outcomes you share. When the role and timing are a fit, we will contact you directly. Review timing varies by engagement.
