This Privacy Policy explains how RevForge OS (“RevForge OS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, request a demo, or use our services (the “Service”), and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a demo, submit a form, enter a website address into our marketing tools, or contact us, we collect the information you give us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, the website you submit, and anything else you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, we automatically collect usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar diagnostics, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from the website scan

If you use a tool that analyzes a website you submit, we retrieve and process publicly available information from that website to produce the analysis you request.

2. How we use information

• to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service and our website;
• to respond to your requests, schedule demos, and provide support;
• to send you marketing and transactional communications, subject to your choices below;
• to understand how our website is used and to measure and improve our marketing;
• to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
• to comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as hosting, analytics, email, and customer-relationship tools) under contracts that limit their use of it; with professional advisors; in connection with a merger, financing, or acquisition; and when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Email. If you opt in or request information, we may send you marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will still send necessary transactional messages.

6. SMS Consent and Mobile Information

RevForge OS presents separate, optional consent choices for promotional text messages and for informational or customer-care text messages. You may select either choice, both choices, or neither. Your promotional-text choice covers recurring messages about demos, offers, and product updates. Your customer-care choice covers messages about your requests, scheduled demos, secure screen-share links, onboarding, and support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP. We retain the consent language and selected message category with the request so those choices can be honored.

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information with service providers, messaging platforms, carriers, and aggregators only as necessary to deliver and manage our text messaging program.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising or any “sale” or “sharing” as defined by applicable law. The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
